With the development of a new photochemical flow reactor, a multi-step sequence in continuous flow afforded deoxynucleoside drugs in high efficiency.<\/p>\n

A new photochemical flow reactor has been developed for the photo-induced electron-transfer deoxygenation reaction to produce 2\u2032-deoxy and 2\u2032,3\u2032-dideoxynucleosides. The continuous flow format significantly improved both the efficiency and selectivity of the reaction, with the streamlined multi-step sequence directly furnishing the highly desired unprotected deoxynucleosides.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
